MADISON | Equine Senior Session
Madison
Peru Indiana Senior Photography with horse on farm
I’ve gotten a little flack about showing one of my twins a little favoritism? NO! There is no such thing in a mama’s eyes! I have been a little delayed in posting Madison’s senior photos but that’s only because she is my biggest cheerleader and my biggest critic! This outgoing Senior is social and spunky, hard working to the core… and has the biggest heart. She is complex and simple, farm girl and city chick, and I love every bit of her!
Maddie has grown up in the barn - following her sister’s lead. She took a back seat for such a long time while she watched from the fence. When her only option was to love this spunky paint horse named Jewels, she took it on. Much like Madison, her horse is a social, fiesty girl. They have learned a little about English riding, jumping, Western, showmanship and pleasure riding. But those lessons are so small compared to the life lessons that they have taught each other in 8 years.
Learning about horses and working towards goals in the arena has taught me how important it is to keep growing in what interests you - what you are passionate about. In a world where so much negativity exists, it’s nice to escape into a place that fills your mind with wonder. To take on the challenges that make you grow as a person!
My girl shares an interest in photography and has been so helpful to me over the past few years. She has assisted me on shoots and let me work out my shortcomings by sitting in front of the camera. She has given me 100% honest feedback. I look forward to the day when she picks up a camera and shares her view.
