This little family absolutely melts my heart!!! High school sweethearts Jarrod and Ellie are expecting a new little one in October and I recently met up with them for a family maternity photography session. Their 3 Year Old daughter also just celebrated a birthday and I can’t think of a better time to capture some family love! There was no shortage of smiles and laughter with these three! With the temperatures cooling off and the light starting to golden, it got me so excited for fall. We went exploring on a little hike through fields of golden grass and yellow flowers.

Three Years Old is such a fun age - full of surprises and never a dull moment. I love to capture families at this stage because toddlers love to play games and pretend. We dance, and spin, and race! This little one was such a big helper directing mom and dad that I knew editing down my favorites would be hard!

I know Mom is a little sentimental about documenting this family milestone. With only another month as a family of three, the anticipation for baby’s arrival is exciting and overwhelming. Take some time to give each other a whole lot of love!
