It’s harvest-time in this little town… and what better time to capture the golden glow of early fall! 🍁 I met up with Maconaquah Class of 2022 Senior Alexandra for her autumn Senior Photography session at the Miami County 4-H Fairgrounds - a place dear to her heart. As a 10 year 4-H Senior, the Fairgrounds holds so many memories of fun, family and friends. Alexandra is very active as a Junior Leader and in her local 4-H club, showing livestock and projects including sewing, seasonal crafts, and recycled articles.
As a fifth generation farmer, Alexandra is also very passionate about her family’s roots in agriculture. We ventured to the fields to capture the beauty of fall harvest. Golden cornfields showcase months of hard work and dedication to feeding people around the world. We ended our evening in a beautiful bean field at sunset.
I can’t help but feel a little sentimental about this year’s Senior class! Whether I’ve been sitting on the sidelines of a basketball court or at the gate of the show ring, watching you grow up into awesome people is such a JOY! I know that the world is a better place with you in it!
